Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact MyImmiForms at support@myimmiforms.com with your request and a reason for cancellation to receive a refund. Our customer service staff will help you request and receive a refund if qualified per the terms below.

Our refund policy is based on a simple customer satisfaction guarantee. If you have not used our website (or “Site”, “MIF Site”) to complete (or submit) your information to be filled in Immigration forms or have not used it to download/Submit the forms (filled/ unfilled) within the first seven (7) days of purchase, we will fully refund the subscription money. Either the seven (7) day threshold has passed, or you have used our site (MIF Site) to submit forms to your authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative or download forms in your portal account, you are not eligible for the refund for the subscription plan. However, if you have not used our services and only used them for signup, we recommend you reach out to support@myimmiforms.com for your concerns.

Once approved, refunds are processed within seven business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for this to be reflected on your credit or bank card balance.

If you have not paid for any subscription plan and want to cancel/ delete your profile, you can do it anytime.

Late or missing refunds
